Stories drive engagement and DM conversations. While they are "ephemeral", they still require planning, especially for campaign launches.

Workflow Stages

1. Concept

Role: Social Media Manager

  • Action: Create task.
  • Details: Define the story arc (Beginning, Middle, End).
    • Example: "Day in the Life at the Agency".
    • Frames: 5-7 frames total.

2. Design / Film

Role: Creator

  • Action:
    • Graphics: Design in Canva (1080x1920).
    • Video: Shoot raw vertical video.
  • Interactive Elements: Note where to put Polls, Questions, or Links.

3. Review

Role: Manager

  • Check: Typo check and brand alignment.
  • Approval: Quick thumbs up. Stories are less formal than feed posts.

4. Posting

Role: Social Media Manager

  • Action: Post manually via mobile app (for best features) or schedule.
  • Engagement: Reply to DMs generated by the story for the first hour.
