The Client Portal

One of Yuktis's most powerful features is the Client Portal. This is a dedicated, branded environment where your clients can log in to view their content calendar, approve work, and download assets.

It replaces the endless email threads and "Can you resend that logo?" requests.

Dashboard Overview

When a client logs in, they see three main sections:

1. Stats Overview

  • Active Projects: Shows they are getting value from your agency.
  • Needs Approval: A clear counter of items waiting for their action.
  • Completed: A record of delivered work.

2. The Content Calendar

The central part of the portal is the Calendar View.

  • Visibility: Clients can see exactly when a post is scheduled to go live.
  • Transparency: They can click on any item to see the creative and the caption.
  • Peace of Mind: No more asking "Is the Christmas post ready?". They can just check the calendar.

3. "Needs Your Approval" List

On the right sidebar, the Needs Your Approval list highlights urgent items.

  • One-Click Action: Clicking an item opens the Approval Card.
  • Direct Feedback: Clients can Approve or Request Changes directly on the card.

The Approval Workflow

This is how the magic happens.

  1. Notification: When you move a task to the "Client Approval" column in your Kanban board, the client receives an email notification.
  2. Review: They click the link and land on the specific Task view in the portal.
  3. Action:
    • Approve: The task status updates to "Approved" (or moves to the next column like "Scheduling") instantly on your board.
    • Reject: They must provide a comment. The task moves back to "In Progress" or "Changes Requested" on your board, and the assignee is notified.

Asset Library

Your clients have perpetual access to their files.

  • Final Deliverables: Every task that is marked "Completed" creates an entry in their archive.
  • Searchable: They can search for "Logo", "Q1 Report", or "Summer Campaign" to find files instantly.

Custom Branding

The portal is White-Labeled. It displays:

  • Your Agency Logo in the top left.
  • Your Client's Logo in their profile section.
  • Your Brand Colors (if configured).

This reinforces your brand value every time they log in.
