1. Who We Are

Yuktis is a SaaS platform developed and operated by Eurth Techtronics Pvt Ltd ("Yuktis", "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our website at yuktis.com and the Yuktis platform (collectively, the "Services").

For questions about this policy or to exercise your data rights, contact us at privacy@yuktis.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: Name, email address, job title, company/organisation name, password (hashed).
  • Billing data: Payment method details (processed and stored by Cashfree Payments — we do not store full card numbers), billing address, transaction history.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, features used, timestamps, and clickstream data.
  • Communication data: Messages you send to our support team, survey responses, and feedback you submit.
  • Content data: Files, text, images, and other material you upload or create within the platform ("User Content").
  • Cookie and analytics data: See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with comparable data protection laws, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: To deliver the Services you have subscribed to and manage your account.
  • Legitimate interests: To improve our Services, prevent fraud, maintain security, and send relevant product updates.
  • Consent: To send marketing communications and to place non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Create and manage your account and deliver the Services.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing notifications).
  • Send product updates, newsletters, and promotional communications (you can opt out at any time).
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve performance, features, and user experience.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers ("sub-processors") necessary to operate the Services:

  • Cashfree Payments — payment processing
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional and marketing email delivery
  • Google Analytics — aggregated website analytics (cookie-consented)
  • Vercel / cloud hosting provider — infrastructure and hosting
  • OpenAI / AI model providers — powering AI features within the platform

We require all sub-processors to implement appropriate data protection safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Yuktis, its users, or the public.

6. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in India and in other countries where our sub-processors operate (including the United States and EU member states). Where we transfer data outside your country of residence, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place — including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers from the EEA — in accordance with applicable data protection law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services. Specifically:

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account, plus up to 3 years after closure for legal and audit purposes.
  • Billing records: Retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax obligations.
  • Support communications: Retained for up to 2 years.
  • Usage/analytics data: Retained in aggregated or anonymised form indefinitely; individual-level data deleted after 26 months.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) by emailing privacy@yuktis.com. We will respond within 30 days (or within the timeframe required by applicable law). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics cookies) are only placed after you provide consent via our cookie consent banner. For a detailed breakdown of the cookies we use, see our Cookie Policy.

11. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

12. Children's Privacy
