1. Content Plan

Role: Content Strategist

  • Action: Create task "Newsletter: [Month/Week]".
  • Details: Bullet points of the 3-4 stories to include.
  • Subject Line Ideas: Draft 3 variations for A/B testing.

2. Drafting

Role: Copywriter

  • Action: Write the full body copy.
  • Format: Use a Google Doc.
  • Links: Ensure all UTM tracking links are generated and pasted in the doc.

3. Design/Layout

Role: Email Specialist

  • Action: Build the email in the ESP (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Asset: Upload screenshots or graphics to Yuktis Assets.

4. Test Send

Role: Email Specialist

  • Action: Send a test email to the internal team (Manager).
  • Checklist:
    • Do all links work?
    • Does it look good on Mobile (Dark Mode)?
    • Is the "Unsubscribe" link visible?

5. Client Approval

Role: Client

  • Action: Send a test email to the Client and provide a preview link in the portal.
  • Approval: Client must approve the test email.

6. Scheduled
