The client sees the graphic and the caption side-by-side in the portal.

  • Feedback: "Can we make the logo bigger?" (Classic client request).
  • Approval: Once approved, the asset is locked.

  • Completion: Mark task as Done.

Formatting Guide

Carousels (LinkedIn/Instagram)

  • Aspect Ratio: 4:5 (1080x1350) for Instagram, 1:1 (1080x1080) for LinkedIn PDF.
  • Text Size: Keep it readable on mobile. Minimum 24pt font.
  • Last Slide: Always include a CTA (Call to Action) slide.

Single Image

  • Focus: One clear focal point. Don't clutter with text.
  • Caption: Use the caption to tell the story, use the image to stop the scroll.
