1. Introduction

Welcome to Yuktis. Yuktis is a SaaS platform developed and operated by Eurth Techtronics Pvt Ltd ("Yuktis", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at yuktis.com, the Yuktis platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using our Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@yuktis.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Use the Services to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
  • Impersonate Yuktis, any Yuktis employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Services without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Services to generate, distribute, or promote content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of this section, including suspending or terminating your account.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Yuktis offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method at the applicable rate.

Refund policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 7 calendar days of your first payment for a plan, contact us at support@yuktis.com and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods, renewals, or add-ons unless required by applicable law.

Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and audio-visual elements — are owned by Eurth Techtronics Pvt Ltd, its licensors, or content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Yuktis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the Services to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Services include artificial intelligence features that generate text, suggestions, and other content ("AI Output"). AI Output is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking responsibility for any AI Output you use or publish. Yuktis makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI Output for any particular purpose.

You must not use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or in breach of any third-party intellectual property rights. Yuktis complies with the EU AI Act transparency obligations: where AI tools generate content or make suggestions, this will be clearly indicated within the interface.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we believe continued access poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eurth Techtronics Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000 (whichever is greater).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@yuktis.com. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the Services at least 14 days before the changes take effect. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
