The Command Center (Dashboard)
The Manager Dashboard is the first screen you see when you log into Yuktis. It is designed to be your Mission Control Center, giving you a high-level overview of your agency's health, workload, and bottlenecks at a glance.

Key Metrics at a Glance
At the top of the dashboard, you will find four critical health indicators:
1. Total Tasks
- What it tracks: The total number of tasks currently "Active" in the system across all clients and projects.
- Why it matters: This is your agency's total WIP (Work In Progress). A sudden spike might indicate you are overbooked and need to hire freelancers.
2. Pending Approvals
- What it tracks: Tasks that are currently stuck in the Client Approval or Manager Review stage.
- Why it matters: These are bottlenecks. If this number is high, your cash flow is stalled because work isn't getting marked as "Done".
- Action: Click "View Approvals" to clear this queue.
3. Team Members
- What it tracks: The number of active staff accounts (Managers, Associates, Designers, Editors).
- Why it matters: Helps you monitor your resource capacity.
4. Active Clients
- What it tracks: The number of clients who have active projects or tasks this month.
- Why it matters: This is your active revenue base.
Team Workload Monitor
On the right side of the dashboard, you will see the Team Workload panel.
This list shows every team member and the number of tasks currently assigned to them.
- Load Balancing: If "Alex (Designer)" has 15 tasks and "Sarah (Designer)" has 2, you know you need to redistribute work.
- Performance Tracking: See who is carrying the heaviest load.
Recent Activity Feed
The Recent Activity stream gives you a pulse on what's happening right now. It logs key events:
- Status Changes: "Task 'Reel #4' moved to Editing"
- New Tasks: "Alex created 'Blog Post for TechNova'"
- Client Interactions: "Acme Cafe approved 'Menu Update'"
This prevents you from having to ask "What are you working on?" in Slack. You can just look at the feed.
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can instantly trigger key workflows:
- Create Task: Opens the universal task creation modal. You can assign any template to any client from here.
- Invite User: Quickly add a new freelancer or staff member to your organization.
- View Approvals: Takes you directly to the dedicated Approvals interface to sign off on work.
