Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

1. Our Commitment

Eurth Techtronics Pvt Ltd, the operator of Yuktis, is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We believe that accessibility is not just a legal requirement but a core part of building a product that serves everyone equally. This statement applies to all pages and features of yuktis.com.

2. Conformance Status

Yuktis is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are in active development and prioritise accessibility improvements in each release cycle.

3. Accessibility Features

The following features are currently implemented across yuktis.com:

  • Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) are reachable and operable via keyboard.
  • Focus indicators — Visible focus rings on all interactive elements for keyboard users.
  • Semantic HTML — Correct use of headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels throughout the platform.
  • Colour contrast — Text and UI elements meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for body text).
  • Responsive design — All pages reflow and remain usable at 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • Dark mode support — Full dark/light theme toggle with appropriate contrast maintained in both modes.
  • ARIA labels — Interactive components and icon-only buttons include descriptive ARIA labels.
  • Cookie consent — Our cookie consent banner is keyboard operable and uses a native dialog role.

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards and are actively working on them:

  • Rich text editor — The task description editor may have limited screen reader support for some formatting controls.
  • Complex data tables — Some dashboard tables may lack full row/column header associations for screen readers.
  • Third-party embeds — Certain third-party components (e.g., chart libraries, payment widgets) may not be fully accessible. We audit these regularly.
  • PDF exports — Generated PDF documents are not yet tagged for accessibility.

5. Technologies Used

Yuktis relies on the following technologies for accessibility:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3 (including CSS custom properties for theming)
  • JavaScript / TypeScript (Next.js / React)
  • WAI-ARIA 1.2

6. Assessment Approach

Yuktis assesses accessibility through the following methods:

  • Self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria during development.
  • Automated testing using accessibility audit tools integrated into our CI pipeline.
  • Manual keyboard navigation testing across all major user flows.
  • Screen reader testing using VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and NVDA (Windows).

7. European Accessibility Act (EAA)

Yuktis is working towards compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which comes into full effect from 28 June 2025 for digital services operating in the EU. We will publish updated conformance reports as our audit programme matures.

8. Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Yuktis. If you experience any barriers while using our platform, please contact us and we will respond within 5 business days:

Please include a description of the page or feature you were trying to use, the assistive technology or browser you were using, and a description of the problem you encountered. This helps us reproduce and fix issues faster.

9. Enforcement Procedure

If you are unsatisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may contact the relevant national enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In the UK, this is the Equality and Human Rights Commission. In the EU, contact your national EAA enforcement authority.

10. Review Schedule

This accessibility statement is reviewed every 12 months or following any significant update to the platform's user interface. We are committed to maintaining and improving our accessibility posture on an ongoing basis.
